CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENT FOR APPRAISERS: 

All licensed/certified appraisers in Nebraska are required to have 28 hours of continuing education every renewal period. Appraisers are allowed a maximum of 14 hours of continuing education credit for approved online courses every two (2) year renewal cycle.  Seven (7) hour USPAP Update Course must be taken but has to be taken in the classroom. 

 INSTRUCTOR SUPPORT: 

Once the you register for the course you will receive an email confirmation for your records and within 24 hours the instructor will personally email you so you have a contact during the course.
